Monday Mornings!

Monday once again, 1 week until my week off! Holidays are great but I don't think they come often enough, and I'm sure you all agree. A week off from the 9 to 5 routine, days full of figures turn into days full of z's and long lies. Lounging about and just relaxing. I will try to keep this updated while probably spending far too much money on ebay and random nights out.
If you're not on holiday, don't forget the stationery make sure all your printer cartridges are not going to run out on you, and check out the cheap stationery pricing on www.officeruler.co.uk. it has lots of pretty pictures and low prices, so it's like everything rolled into 1!

Go Karting time

Tonight is the night when we find out who in the officeruler office is the fastest on the track.

Being a UK bank Holiday we are shutting up shop for a couple of hours to take out our years worth of aggression and stress on the track! Last time I was slowest, due to my manly figure and excess weight at 17 stone and 6ft6 height. I make the rest of the office workers look like balerinas.

I shall post up the results just to give all your readers a giggle.

Office Pranks

A subject that often gets frowned upon. Like sticking post it notes or remove notes (cheaper alternatives) all over someones computer monitor. Leaving an upturned tack or brass drawing pin on someones seat? Slapping someone with a ruler, pinging elastic bands across the office?

Do you have any other suggestions of things to brighten up your day using everyday office stationery? Maybe sending something to a fax machine or printer which is ink heavy and empties the ink cartridge more quickly? Putting non paper in a paper recycling bin?

Have you ever had your tie caught in a shredder? Or is that just something that happens in the movies.

For your full office prank kit, everything you need can be found at www.officeruler.co.uk maybe you can come up with something new and we will supply you with a discount code to use in our shop for the most original suggestion.

April updates

Well we in the stationery world usually have pricing updates quarterly, so in all normal cases we should be having a price rise round about now. But due to the world wide state of economics and the credit crunch crisis we have managed to hold prices on our entire range of writing implements, paper, envelopes, pens, pencils, folders, lever arch files, paperclips and fold back clips. I'm sure world leaders, including Gordon Brown and President Obama will approve. (Maybe we should supply them and save them some cash!) So while G20 is checking out the state of the worlds economy, why not save yourself a bit of cash and check out www.officeruler.co.uk
